Represented the buyer in the purchase of a 9-unit apartment building in San Francisco’s Mission District. The building consisted of identical 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units with bonus rooms, arranged in a consistent 3-over-3-over-3 layout. My role included identifying the property as a fit for the buyer’s income goals, analyzing its current performance and rent-up potential, and managing the due diligence process. We were able to confirm a strong in-place return with clear opportunities to improve operations and income over time.
