Personally led design direction, coordinated elements of the renovation, and project managed portions of the work to maximize the unit’s appeal. Transformed a previously dark, privacy-limited space into a lush indoor–outdoor retreat with a 10’x10’ custom-built gazebo, layered landscaping, and curated finishes. The result was a warm, light-filled home that commanded a top-of-market price per square foot for its category.
